Starting a collegiate student chapter is easy!  Simply fill out the student chapter application form and send it in to the National Office.  As you recruit new members to your student chapter, fill out the membership roster form and sent that in to us.  Please note that the membership roster does not have to be filled out at the same time as your application form.  You may also want to take a look at our Student Chapter Handbook (revised September 2009).
